Leigh Hornsby
With more than 30 years of experience in small business management and strategic communications, Leigh Hornsby brings invaluable client engagement, administration and public relations expertise to RBDG.
Leigh is the managing principal at Public Information Associates, leading communication and planning initiatives for a wide range of clients. She is also a dedicated educator, teaching Business Communication and Leadership at the University of Texas at Dallas.
Her career began in journalism as a public information officer, news director, anchor, and reporter in Tennessee and Texas, where she earned the prestigious Gracie Allen Award and multiple Associated Press honors for excellence in broadcasting.
Known for her strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, Leigh helps clients exceed their goals while building lasting relationships. Away from work, she enjoys time with family—and offering occasional “big sister” advice to her brother, Mark.
