With an entrepreneurial spirit, Leigh brings her years of small business management experience to RBDG by supporting our team with client and public engagement. For more than 30 years, Leigh has served as a strategic communications consultant, educator, and small business owner. In addition to her work with RBDG, she is the managing principal at Public Information Associates, where she provides clients with strategic communication and planning initiatives. She loves troubleshooting and enjoys helping clients exceed expectations.

A long-time educator, Leigh teaches Business Communication and Leadership at the University of Texas at Dallas.

Prior to consulting, she served as a public information officer, news director, anchor, and reporter in Tennessee and Texas. She is an national award-winning journalist having earned the Gracie Allen Award and Associated Press awards for achievements in radio. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and telling her brother, Mark, what he should and should not do.
