He was a former British Navy Diver, worked on the North Sea Offshore
Oil Platforms, as a Commercial Diver, is an SSI Instructor, writes a
column for Asian Diver Magazine and other publications, wrote a book
called "Asia-Pacific Live-aboards" for Asian Diver Magazine

Every Saturday morning he conducts a shore dive for anyone who wishes
to tag along. Reportedly his briefings are usually rather interesting!
